Humans

Humans are used by any of the Olympians. The Gods would simply take them from their own life through the essence of time and space. This means that they can take a human from any time. Should they spot a human that sparks their interest but is 12 or 17 years old they can simply take that person when they are 15 and place them in Haven. Depending on the God these humans might have a choice or not. Ares would never give them a choice but Hestia wouldn't dare force anyone. It depends on the God and it depends on their mood and how much they like you.

Because of the human's lack of natural ability the Olympians may grant them a very weak version of their power to help them compete. Since the dress-code is Greek (With a fantasy twist), the humans might be pushed out of their comfort zone. They are allowed to alter their appearance with a bit of their own time, such as a hoop skirt for someone from Victorian Brittain or a viking hat, or anything. That is up to your creativity.

Creatures of Myth

Amazon:

Not as much a Mythical Being as a tribe of women who were allowed to live in Haven after they remained loyal to the Gods. Amazons are strong women who despise men. For an Amazon to be seduced by a man means excommunication from their own people, though it does happen. Amazons are formidable in battle and are among the strongest of creatures even though they are human. They bear great respect to the women, and to the Goddesses.
They are favored by Artemis, Athena and Persephone but despised by Aphrodite.

Centaur:

Upper body of a man attached where the neck of a an animal should be. The most common form of a Centaur has the animal body of a horse, though there are also rarer forms that have the body of deer, donkeys or very rarely a lion. Centaurs have near to no affinity for any kinds of magic and go purely by physical strength.
While horse-based Centaurs are more commonly males, deer-based Centaurs are almost all women.
These creatures are most favored by Ares, Hephaestus and Dionyssus.

Charis:

Charites are charming creatures. The beings are female-only. They are idle beings, loving art and music and anything beautiful. These beings always have small wings on their back, the most common colour is white or a light gold but they can be any soft colour. Charites are terrible at fighting and therefore very rare to be found as Warriors, the only use they have is their charm, and the small form of elemental magic they poses. They can call on any of the four elements in a very weak form, but usually there is one above all they are better at.
Only Aphrodite ever puts her faith in them.

Gorgon:

Women or men with hair of snakes. These often venomous creatures have great physical strength and the magic of fire along with a great talent for healing. What is their weak point is that their reflexes can be slow.
These beings are favored by Hades, Ares and Poseidon but they have made and enemy of Athena.

Pegasus:

Pegasi are the off-spring of the legendary horse of the same name. These creatures are male-only and can change from a winged man to a winged horse through will. Pegasi have little magic, though their wings are powerful enough to create gusts of wind. Their wings are always either white or black.
Pegasi are favored most by Zeus and Hera alike, and also by Apollo and Poseidon.

Lamia:

Lamiae are closely related to snakes. They are a female-only species that has a history of seducing men. They live off of blood, be it human or other,  and have great physical strength. Their weaknesses lie in intelligence and lack of magic. Lamiae aren't the smartest species, but they are most cunning and will often resort to cheating. They have the ability to speak with snakes.
they are favored by Ares and Zeus but they have made an enemy out of Hera.

Dryad:

Collective name for nymphs of nature. These nymphs are tied to a certain flower or tree, their life is in sync with that of their counterpart. Dryads of flowers might chose to carry their flower around with them and nurture it. Dryads of trees can’t do anything more than take care of their tree. Unless a Dryad told you which exact flower or tree is their counterpart there is no way to tell, but kill the flora and you kill the nymph. Dryads carry great magic over nature but are mediocre warriors. Their archery is their greatest skill.
Dryads are favored by Demeter, Persephone and Hestia.

Nereid or Naiad:

Both Nereids and Naiads are water nymphs, though Nereids are free while Naiads are tied to a river or brook. If this stream dries than the Naiad will die as well. These water nymphs have great water magic and skill in fighting with spears.
Nereids and Naiads both are favored by Poseidon and Amphitrite, Athena and Hestia.

Lampad:

Lampades are nymphs of the Underworld that serve Hecate while she is there. They are beautiful spirits that carry a fire magic in them and are most gifted with sword fighting. They are tied to their own fire, which is hard to kill. Lampades carry their fires in lanterns and it will never go out unless forced so.
These nymphs are favored by Hades and Persephone and Hera as well as Hestia.

Nephelae:

Nymphs of the clouds, these beings, much like Nereids, are entirely free from what bounds most nymphs. Their magic is that of the air and they complete the elemental circle that is made by the nymphs. Weapon-wise the Nephelae do best with arrows also, or anything that they could throw at the opponent.
They are favored by Hestia, Zeus and Hermes.

Pleiad:

Pleiades are special kinds of nymphs of the night that serve under Artemis. They are female-only and excel in all weaponry yet no magic. They have the same standards as Amazons toward men, though it has been no for Pleiades to fall in love with men and therefore be banished out of Artemis’ presence.
They serve only under Artemis, though may be persuaded to be sponsored by Hera as well.

Satyr:

A creature with the upper body of a man and the legs and tail of a goat. Satyrs, or Fauns, are very passionate creatures that are easily tempted by material things and ruled by their emotions. They posses earth magic through the music of their reed pipes. Female Satyrs are very rare, but they do occur and are most often an outlaw to their kind.
These creatures serve Dionyssus and Dionyssus only.

Siren:

These creatures are of the more cunning variety. Sirens have lovely voices that dull the senses and can sometimes even make one mad, though it only works on men, they are also a female-only creature. They are often beautiful, but have fin-like wings on their back and thrive in the water. These beings only have affinity to water magic and they often cheat and are easily jealous. They tend to have greater physical strength.
Sirens are favored by Ares and Hera.

NOTE: Only the Olympians favoring the Mythical Beings can actually Sponsor one.
